The engine mount is broken; The fixing bolts of the engine mount are loose; Failure or falling off of the engine mounting cushion block may cause the engine to shake due to the improper position of the engine mounting, which may lead to different axle centers of the transmission part.
How to deal with it? The vibration of the engine on the diesel generator can be diagnosed in combination with the sound. For the engine started in situ, if there is no obvious abnormal noise and shaking, it means that the diesel generator is not firmly supported. Carefully check whether the suspension is broken, whether the fixing bolts are loose, and whether the cushion block is damaged or fallen off, and repair it in time. If the engine does not shake when starting in place, but the shaking occurs after the drive axle is set up and put into gear, it indicates that the coaxiality deviation of the transmission part is too large, and the suspension should be checked for displacement.
The inspection method is: while erecting the drive axle, unscrew the engine fixing bolts, start the engine, and observe whether the engine mount swings. If it does, it must be that the coaxiality deviation of the transmission part is too large and should be adjusted
For the diesel generator that has been used for a long time or works under harsh environment, if the abnormal noise is obvious, it shall be repaired according to the looseness of each component.
